- How do I book or get a quote?
To make a booking or get a quote simply book or get a quote online or call the booking line.
- How long it takes to get the confirmation?
Usually within 24 hours but if no confirmation received within 48 hours please calls us Or fill up the contact form on our page to confirm that we have received your booking.
- Where do I meet my driver at the Airport?
If you have chosen the ‘Meet and Greet’ service your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals Holding your name. Or if you have chosen Call On Arrival then call us when you arrived we will send You the driver within 10 minute you can arrange a meeting point with the driver.
- What is a ‘Meet and Greet’ service?
A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place in Arrivals Hall. 1 hour of free waiting time and Car Park after landing is included with this service.
- What if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry we monitor all flights so you don’t have to do anything your driver will be there for you.
- Is there any cancelation charge?
There is no cancellation charge if cancelled 24 hours before arrival. After that there will £10 cancellation charge.
- Do I have to book in advance?
It’s always recommended to book in advance but you can book when you arrive at the airport.
- How to pay for the journey?
You can pay by Cash to the driver or pay by PayPal or any other major Credit Card Or Debit on our page when You make a booking.
- Do I receive a receipt?
Yes you will get a receipt via Email or ask the driver for a receipt.
- Is your company licensed and fully insured?
Yes all the drivers are licensed by Transport for London (Tfl) and carry hire and reward insurance you are fully covered if driver is involved in an accident while you are in the vehicle.
